The Role


This is a brand-new role, designed to drive customer retention and engagement within the organisation’s healthcare software division. As the Retention Specialist, you’ll take ownership of customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring businesses maximise their investment in the company’s products. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you’ll develop data-driven strategies to enhance engagement, predict churn, and improve long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement retention strategies to minimise customer churn.
  • Utilise data analytics to predict churn trends and identify customer behaviour patterns.
  • Drive customer engagement campaigns across digital, CRM, and marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement CRM best practices (HubSpot expertise preferred) to optimise customer interactions.
  • Take a soft sales approach, proactively reaching out to customers to reinforce product value and prevent attrition.
Candidate profile
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or practice management software industries.
  • Strong data and analytics skills, capable of identifying trends from large data sets.
  • Previous customer-facing experience, with a professional and strategic approach.
  • CRM expertise and ability to leverage automation tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute retention and engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of loyalty programs and customer success frameworks.
