The Role:
My client is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a 3–6-month temporary contract to support marketing initiatives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in content creation, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement in a creative and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Enhancement: Implement UX improvements and refresh website content.
  • Content & Campaigns: Develop marketing materials, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Create targeted campaigns and optimise audience engagement.
  • SEO & Market Research: Drive website visibility through keyword research and SEO best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Craft newsletters for donors, alumni, and funding partners.
  • Advertising & Partnerships: Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns and collaborate with external agencies.
  • Event Marketing: Support promotional activities for performances and key events.
What You’ll Need:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the arts, cultural, or education sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, email marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Synergetic (CRM), Shopify, Social Pilot, and Meta Suite.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Police check and Working with Children Check required.

A proactive and adaptable marketing generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, collaborating with external contractors, and bringing creativity to campaigns. An interest in the performing arts or education marketing is a bonus!
