We have partnered with a large-scale Not-for-profit who are focussed on revolutionising cancer treatment and support to Australians, wherever they are in their Cancer journey. The organisation develops independent, evidence-based information on cancer prevention, detection, treatment and care, and support innovative research with the aim of improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
About the Role
The Senior Engagement Officer will play an integral part in the success of a large-scale program within the organisation and will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement. As well as working cross-functionally internally, this person will manage broader engagement with organisations and government departments involved in the overall program. They will be responsible for stakeholder communications in the form of emails, newsletters and reports and brief relevant teams on program updated. This person will manage any conflicting stakeholder objectives and find solutions to potential roadblocks, working closely with the Project Manager on timelines and key milestones.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent coordination and organisational skills, demonstrating your ability to execute this in a complex organisation or project. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders in a way that is tailored to their involvement in the program. You must be able to provide strategic updates across a range of formats and manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once. Experience in the Health industry will be regarded, otherwise you must have worked in a complex business model.
