The Role
  • Drive impactful marketing and event strategies to bring retail precincts and developments to life.
  • Create dynamic B2B marketing campaigns that engage real estate agents and top retail brands.
  • Develop compelling digital, content, and promotional initiatives to elevate brand presence.
  • Lead agency partnerships for SEO, social media, and performance marketing, ensuring maximum reach.
  • Curate unforgettable community activations and premium brand experiences to captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across retail, sales, and development to shape innovative marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate
  • Hands-on, marketer with a background in property, real estate, or retail
  • Strong stakeholder management and event execution skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, agency management, and content creation.
  • Comfortable with a mix of strategy and execution, including weekend events.
