Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team on a shift basis, five days a week with occasional weekend support. You will own key performance indicators, implement lean and TPM methodologies, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational processes. Your role is evenly split between coaching, managing day-to-day operations, and driving strategic projects aimed at continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and engage your team to achieve high performance in line with our high-performance organizational standards and cultural framework.
• Set clear expectations and goals, remove barriers to success, and provide regular performance and talent feedback while recognizing achievements.
• Direct daily management of the team to prioritize work, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, health and safety practices, and 5S/Visual Factory standards.
• Oversee workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and development, while coordinating with process engineers, QA & R&D, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the Scheduling department to optimize production planning and adapt priorities as needed.
• Drive performance improvement across all key metrics by proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize problem-solving tools and TPM methodologies to improve equipment and processes, leading root cause analysis when required.

About You
• You have at least 2+ years’ people management experience in a TPM or Lean manufacturing environment.
• You are a proven leader with strong coaching and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and leading challenging conversations with empathy.
• You possess solid experience in food manufacturing and a keen ability to link operational improvements to organizational goals.
• You are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of urgency to meet production schedules while ensuring quality and safety.
• You bring initiative, drive, and a passion for continuous improvement, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
