Sheet Society has seen exceptional revenue growth and continues to expand categories and their footprint both domestically and globally.  We are partnering with Sheet Society exclusively on the appointment of a Marketing Director for a 12mth maternity leave cover. 
 
About the Role
The Marketing Director is a forward-thinking, strategic individual focused on growth and setting a stunning standard of brand experience through the development and execution of marketing, brand and customer initiatives across online, in-store, internal and external channels.
 
With the goal of building the Sheet Society brand and driving business performance for the long term, the Marketing Director is responsible for leading the Brand Marketing, Ecommerce & Digital, Customer Relationship Management, and Creative teams to develop and deliver commercial and customer-centric strategies, campaigns and BAU iterations that drive profitable revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness and advocacy.
 
Responsible for the largest team within the business, you’ll be an expert leader that knows how to get the best out of people. Championing and shaping the brand’s culture, you’ll grow and inspire a team that is able to push boundaries and be market leaders. You’ll have an astute sense of business acumen and the ability to allocate resources and budgets to different projects to achieve the best results, all whilst making the juggle seem cool, calm, and collected.
 
Key criteria:
  • Prior leadership management of integrated teams including ecommerce, brand and performance marketing
  • Strong strategic brand management, campaign and trade expertise that deliver growth
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing and the ability to bring new ideas to life across all media and channels
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and trends, with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences both online and offline.
  • Expert in delivering omni-channel strategies across a global footprint.
  • Experience working in big brands across retail, fashion, beauty, consumer products including online
  • Has operated within a fast-paced environment, blended experience in midsize & founder lead business highly attractive
