About the Position
This Account Manager will drive revenue growth and strengthen client partnerships through consultative sales and proactive account management. This is achieved by deepening client relationships across all levels, positioning relevant solutions, and providing strategic advice on background screening compliance and efficiency. The AM ensures seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction through ongoing support and internal resource coordination.

- Drive revenue growth and client retention: Manage client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide expert client support: Serve as the primary point of contact, resolve issues, and offer product and industry expertise.
- Strategic account management: Develop and execute account plans, analyze client data, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction: Facilitate onboarding, manage user access, and gather feedback for product improvement.
- Contribute to new business: Participate in proposal development and presentations.
The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic, motivated and hard working spirit and demonstrate a proven track record of overachieving their sales quota as well as the following attributes:
- Proven experience in HR-related account management or a similar/relevant industry.
- Strong technology proficiency (SaaS, MS Office).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement and customer service. Ability to consult with and interpret market needs and expectations.
