Our client, a rapidly expanding global organization specializing in background screening solutions, is seeking to enhance its sales team due to sustained market growth. We are supporting them in recruiting an Account Executive.
About the Position
This Account Executive will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition and fostering client relationships, ensuring clients realize maximum value from the organization's services. This is achieved by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing consultative solutions, and contributing to strategic market penetration. The AE will ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction through effective pipeline management, solution presentation, and collaborative teamwork.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a dynamic, results-driven approach with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within a solution services model, as well as the following attributes:

- Drive New Business and Client Retention: Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, guide them through the sales process, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Provide Consultative Solutions: Analyze client needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate product value.
- Strategic Market Penetration: Develop and implement strategies to target and expand into new vertical markets.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction and Advocacy: Facilitate effective onboarding, manage the sales cycle, and contribute to ongoing client satisfaction.
- Contribute to Business Growth: Leverage client feedback, participate in strategic meetings, and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a dynamic, results-driven approach with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within a solution services model, as well as the following attributes:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of HR technology and related solutions (e.g., background screening, payroll).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and meet revenue targets.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Ability to consult with and interpret client needs and expectations.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
