Their innovative approach and focus on sustainability make them an industry leader, driving continuous growth and transformation. As a result of continued growth, they are now seeking an E-Commerce Channel Lead to come in and drive their online channel strategy.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this position is responsible for spearheading the online customer strategy with Amazon and DTC. You will develop a clear e-commerce growth strategy in close collaboration with the commercial leadership team while driving acceleration in pure play and DTC channels. You will also be tasked with launching innovative initiatives with a focus on improving long-term customer engagement and revenue growth. Your role will directly impact the consumer journey and the success of the digital channel strategy, including  managing the P&L.

Skills & Experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience in a Customer Management / Channel Management role within the FMCG and / or consumer goods industry, specifically with online digital customers – Amazon preferred. You will have a proven track record of driving digital growth in Pure Play eCommerce and/or DTC channels, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce best practices, and customer lifecycle management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will see you excel in this role, accompanied with the capability of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
