About the Role
The newly created Manager D2C/Digital Commerce Manager role will lead and drive the e-commerce strategy for the brand, with a particular focus on scaling and optimizing their Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital platforms. This person will be responsible for implementing omnichannel marketing strategies that span both online and offline touchpoints, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all platforms. The role will focus on optimizing the customer experience, driving growth through innovative digital commerce campaigns, and improving performance using data-driven insights.
As the Manager D2C/Digital Commerce Manager, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execute initiatives that drive growth. You will be key in managing digital commerce campaigns, improving site performance, and enhancing customer retention strategies while also leveraging offline retail, pop-ups, and other non-digital channels to provide a fully integrated customer experience.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a D2C consumer brand environment, managing e-commerce strategies and digital platforms across both online and offline channels. You should have a comprehensive understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, using a mix of digital and physical touchpoints to enhance the customer journey and drive engagement. This includes both e-commerce platforms and offline experiences, such as in-store promotions, pop-ups, or events.
You should have a strong background in utilizing data and analytics to continuously refine and optimize digital commerce efforts and customer experiences. A proven track record in stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate across teams to align on goals and deliver results is essential. You should also have experience working with e-commerce tools (such as Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM systems), and a keen eye for performance metrics and continuous improvement.
