As a company, they are always looking to innovate and bring new products to market based on consumer and industry needs, as well as branch into new business areas. Their products are sold through mass-retail, specialist and direct to consumer channels and they have been established in the Australian market for over 20 years.
About The Role
The newly created Customer & Channel Marketing Manager role will develop and execute a B2B strategy to implement through retail channels to achieve profit, market share and growth ambitions. With the support of one direct report, this person will manage the annual promotions and events calendar, attending relevant trade shows driving strategic outcomes and lead generation. This person will lead retail advocacy and drive a retail rewards system to drive customer engagement and brand preference. The Customer & Channel Marketing Manager will manage product launches with retail partners, working to tight deadlines in line with Global teams.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Channel, Customer or Trade Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of B2B marketing. You must have proven experience driving customer marketing plans and demonstrate strong strategic thinking. You must be able to work collaboratively and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You must be a strong leader to be able to coach and develop a direct report, and you must bring different, creative thinking to the team and business.
