Job Title: Store Manager – Experience Store
Location: Sydney, NSW. (CBD)
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 + 5% Incentive + Super + Overachievers Comission.
About the Role: Are you an experienced and dynamic retail leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship experience store in Sydney. This unique opportunity will allow you to manage a passionate team, drive store performance, and bring the experience to life for our customers. You’ll report directly to the Store Director and work alongside an inspiring team dedicated to showcasing premium products through expert advice and a curated in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and staff
  • Drive the store’s sales performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee a team of 6 casual retail assistants and 1 assistant manager, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Manage the staff roster, ensuring optimal coverage and flexibility
  • Ensure stock levels and product displays are maintained to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with Head Office and work closely with the Store Director to align the store’s direction and initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries, product demos, and provide expert advice on the product range
  • Maintain and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales policies, and in-store initiatives
About You: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader who has:
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong focus on team leadership and achieving sales targets
  • Experience managing staff, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and expectations
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, staff rostering, and sales reporting
  • A passion for photography or technology (ideal but not essential)
  • Previous experience working in a high-end or flagship store environment would be highly regarded
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism

The Perks:
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus 5% annual incentive based on performance
  • Bonus: 3% quarterly commission on net sales (uncapped)
