About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for freight, warehouse goods, and stock availability.
  • Manage freight bookings for customers.
  • Handle consignment stock reconciliations.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly rebate reconciliations.
  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks related to events.
  • Distrubute reports to the sales team.
  • Handle inbound calls, including orders, invoice questions, and general inquiries.
  • Provide an opportunity to actively contribute to sales growth and team success through proactive engagement and support through outbound calls.
