About the Position

The Senior Client Executive is responsible for delivering member growth within enterprise organisations nationally by developing & executing strategic new business strategies to take to market. The role requires a high level of senior stakeholder engagement at C-Level in both public and private sector customers, ideally leveraging existing networks within HR to deliver against our client’s growth objectives. This is a strategic senior position for the organisation with full ownership of the end-end sale, from prospecting through to close.
The position is 3 days a week or 0.6, which may also change down the track.

About You

The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working spirit and demonstrate a proven track record of overachieving their sales quota as well as the following attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications
  • High level of experience and exposure working with senior executive leaders across top Australian organisations, is highly consultative in their approach and has success building relationships to deliver a win-win outcome for both the customer and their employer.
  • Proven experience working in close collaboration with a range of stakeholders to establish a culture that values agility, transparency, experimentation, and growth.
  • A strong level of financial acumen, working with the GM Membership and Stakeholder Engagement to set targets to ensure the sales objectives are met
  • A strategic sales leader that (who) understands the levers and deliverables to achieve / over-achieve sales budgets
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
  • Ability to consult with and interpret market needs and expectations.
