The Role
As the Head of eCommerce & Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a talented team while optimising the digital ecosystem, managing performance marketing, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
This role requires a commercially minded, data-driven eCommerce leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic decision-making. While an understanding of brand positioning and creative execution is important, this is not purely a creative marketing role. Instead, the focus is on data, performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and digital growth strategies.

The Role
As the Head of eCommerce & Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a talented team while optimising the digital ecosystem, managing performance marketing, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
This role requires a commercially minded, data-driven eCommerce leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic decision-making. Instead, the focus is on data, performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Shopify and optimise the end-to-end digital experience, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer journey.
- Manage and scale paid media campaigns, driving CPA, ROAS, LTV, and exploring new customer acquisition channels.
- Implement A/B testing, site merchandising strategies, and UX enhancements to improve conversion and customer engagement.
- Bridge the gap between digital and in-store experiences, ensuring brand consistency and seamless customer interactions.
- Mentor and inspire a growing team, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver against business objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing calendar, collaborating with creative teams to launch high-impact campaigns.
- Implement and refine attribution models, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
- Proven expertise in eCommerce growth, omnichannel integration, performance marketing, and digital strategy, with a strong track record of successfully scaling online brands.
- Technical proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and other data-driven marketing tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to challenge numbers, evaluate ideas critically, and ensure investments are commercially viable.
- Understands how to drive growth and profitability, rather than solely focusing on brand storytelling or creative execution.
- Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring, upskilling, and fostering a high-performing team.
- A balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
