As the Operational Improvement Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping and standardising processes to support the company’s growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to building robust operational frameworks while addressing current challenges in production capacity. Your ability to implement practical solutions, create scalable standards, and draw on prior operational experience will be critical to success.
In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of operational processes and standards from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency. You will identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production operations and implement targeted improvements. Collaborating closely with production and quality teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of new processes while designing strategies to increase production capacity and meet the growing demand from major retailers, including Woolworths and Coles.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in an operational role, ideally within the food production or FMCG industry. A strong track record of implementing process improvements and setting up standards in a scaling business environment is essential. Hands-on knowledge of production operations and lean practices will be vital. You’ll also need excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and strong communication abilities to thrive in this dynamic role.
