Your Position

As the Site Manager, you will lead the site team of an exciting $70m residential apartment development in Brisbane, featuring a 25-story structure with 4 basement levels, comprising 130 luxury apartments. This project is scheduled to run until the end of 2026, with the next major project located right next door, guaranteeing long-term stability and continuity.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive project outcomes.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, leveraging established partnerships to ensure project success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • D&C Experience
  • Minimum requirement of QBCC Site Supervisors License or Open Builders License
