About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering transformative digital projects with a key client of ours in the utilities sector. With a focus on enhancing customer experiences, you’ll lead the analysis and delivery across three key streams:
  1. Sales & Website Journeys: Integrate B2B and B2C website functionalities, including a digital EV sign-up journey and API integrations.
  2. Customer Engagement Platform Implementation: Drive the deployment of a cutting-edge platform to enhance customer interactions.
  3. Authenticated Digital Experiences: Develop seamless mobile app and desktop solutions for a new, secure user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using flowcharts, use cases, and user stories.
  • Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and identify gaps, providing actionable solutions.
  • Create and maintain a ‘To Be’ business process library and other essential documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Analyse data, produce insights, and deliver reports to track project outcomes.
  • Test and validate solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Support business readiness and change management, developing plans to manage impacts and create training materials.

About You:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in the utilities sector.
  • Expertise in delivering projects involving mobile apps, websites, and API integrations.
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and creating business process documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Key Details:
  • Must have experience working on multiple digital projects, including Mobile Apps
  • Long term contract starting ASAP and runnning through until April 2026
  • Attractive day rate dependent on the level of experience the candidate brings
  • Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the CBD office
