Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and inspection of products across their lifecycle, with a particular focus on Back of Wall systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with technical and safety standards. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects, solve complex problems, and support the continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of product development, from concept design to manufacturing and implementation.
  • Design systems and components, including Back of Wall solutions, that meet functional and safety requirements.
  • Develop and test prototypes, analyze results, and refine designs to eliminate malfunctions.
  • Conduct experiments methodically and evaluate data to improve performance.
  • Create and produce detailed documentation and reports on products and processes.
  • Identify, formulate, and implement effective solutions to emerging challenges.
  • Estimate project scope and budgets and ensure timelines are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new theories and methods.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in CAD, finite element analysis, and computational fluid dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
  • Familiarity with Back of Wall systems or similar infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Exceptional creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
