About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this high-impact, hands-on role will be responsible for managing and expanding the fresh produce category across export markets. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting global partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of export operations. Expect to travel internationally, attend industry conferences, and represent a brand that’s shaping the future of fresh food exports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive international sales growth, expanding key export markets and strengthening global partnerships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with international customers, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, aligning with strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with growers and supply chain teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting to optimize revenue.
  • Oversee stock management and logistics, ensuring a seamless export process.
  • Represent the business at major industry events and trade shows, positioning the brand for success.
Skills and Experience Required
