Our client is an established, family-owned business with significant history and a well regarded name in their market.
As the organisation embarks on a period of modernisation and transformation, this role will be critical in providing support to the CEO, playing a significant part in helping shape the company’s future. As part of the wider Executive team, this exciting opportunity will see you identify, develop and implement strategies that align to the groups future and ensure sustainable profitability and transformational growth.
Critical to your success will be ensuring that you are able to deliver outcomes for the group across areas including:
As an experienced finance professional, you will be able to bring progressively responsible financial and commercial management experience from previous leadership roles. Displaying a breadth of experience across finance, strategy, M&A and business transformation, you will have the ability to operate strategically as well as understand challenges at the operational level. Possessing excellent communication skills, you will be able to able to simplify the complex and build insights and understanding across all functions and levels of the group, importantly winning hearts and minds during a time of change and modernisation. If you have spent time in sectors including agriculture, chemicals, logistics and distribution or retail / wholesale this would be well regarded.
