Key Responsibilities

As the Infrastructure and Security Lead, you will take charge of critical IT operations and security functions, ensuring robust and efficient systems that support the organisation’s growth. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, networks, workstations, and meeting room equipment to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
  • Security Leadership: Implement and maintain security measures, including compliance with national and international standards, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
  • IT Roadmap and Strategy: Design, implement, and communicate the organisation’s IT infrastructure and security roadmap in collaboration with global teams.
  • Project Leadership: Manage IT infrastructure projects such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, and application deployments.
  • Service Desk Support: Handle user tickets, provide technical support, and ensure service levels meet organisational expectations.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain and report on security measures, infrastructure performance, and audit readiness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset. Key attributes include:
  • Experience: Proven background in IT infrastructure management, security operations, and project delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, cloud technologies, and security tools such as PAM and DLP.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical and proactive in identifying and addressing technical and security issues.
  • Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Collaborative approach to working with global teams, vendors, and internal departments, with the ability to lead and inspire others.
