Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSR is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries.
- Refer or escalate the problem as needed (following appropriate investigation and troubleshooting).
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders regarding customer queries, orders, account issues or credit application etc.
- Arrange collection of returns and misdirected shipments under their policies and procedures.
- Nurturing leads by following up on quotations and inquiries, converting them into rewarding sales opportunities.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong data entry/administration skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to show initiative.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Competent in using customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle challenging customers and resolve conflicts with professionalism
