We have partnered with an automotive manufacturer who create bespoke luxury products for their customers. They promote their product offering through media campaigns, website and out of home marketing with the aim to be more personalised with their marketing approach. They have a B2C and B2B focus and work alongside government bodies to execute their strategy and ensure compliance with regulations.
About the role
The Marketing Manager is a Mat Leave cover contract with the purpose of driving brand awareness and marketing initiatives. Reporting into the Marketing Director, this person will be an all-round marketing generalist who can drive and execute campaigns, identify and plan events, work closely with creative and media agencies, and target individual consumers and businesses to acquire and retain customers. The company are pivoting to a more digitally focussed strategy, and this person will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to bring this to life and execute.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must be a marketing generalist who has experience working across a range of channels and ideally has both B2B and B2C exposure. Automotive experience will be highly regarded but not essential, as well as any experience working alongside government bodies. This person must have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a small team. The Marketing Manager needs to have a creative mindset to come up with omni-channel campaigns and work closely with agencies to brief and execute. Strong analytical skills are essential and the ability to track performance of campaigns and events, collating and sharing learnings for future projects. You must be available to start mid-January and able to commit to at least 6 months in the role.
