About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager for a 12 month contract role to drive sales within the Australian Consumer and Pharmacy channel, managing key accounts across banners, independents, wholesalers, and retailers. This role focuses on growing revenue and profitability through strategic account management, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating with marketing and education teams and supported by a Junior Account Executive, you will lead initiatives such as product launches, range reviews, and innovative digital solutions. With a strong emphasis on relationship-building and strategic planning, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in the pharmacy sector as a Key Account Manager, ideally within the FMCG industry. A strong understanding of key account management practices and trade spend management is essential, along with familiarity with pharmacy retailer customer portals and operations. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving demands is critical.
