The Role
The Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the social media presence of BIG4 Holiday Parks across internal and external channels. This role involves growing and engaging our communities by executing the content strategy and end-to-end process of all social media operations for the brand. The coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team and external stakeholders to deliver relevant content that promotes our parks and the brand, resulting in customer acquisition and retention as well as delivering on commercial opportunities and KPIs. With a new office in Camberwell, this is a great opportunity to join a young, energetic marketing team with a shared vision and love for tourism.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the social media presence of BIG4 Holiday Parks across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute social media and influencer strategies, along with content pillars to grow and engage our online communities.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the Marketing team and park owners to deliver real and relevant content.
- Nurture relationships with content creators and identify new creators for specific projects.
- Project manage copy and content production and delivery across all mediums to align with short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
- Optimize content to support organic website traffic
- Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Prepare analysis and reports to measure the effectiveness of social media and content activities.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years social media and influencer marketing experience either agency/brand side
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Proven experience overseeing influencer marketing activity and working closely with content creators
- Strong understand of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using content management systems and social media analytics tools
- Strategic mindset and always bubbling with new ideas
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel domestically to produce content around AU
- A passion for tourism and the outdoors
- Video editing/graphic designer skills desirable but not essential
