About the Role
Henne is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its performance marketing efforts and drive eCommerce growth. This role combines strategic leadership, creative collaboration, and a data-driven approach to boost customer acquisition and retention. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that align with Henne’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead paid digital marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and affiliates to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the CRM agency to optimise email and SMS campaigns, leveraging Klaviyo for segmentation and personalisation.
  • Create high-performing ads and landing pages and implement A/B testing to improve campaign results.
  • Align paid and organic content strategies by partnering with the Social Media Manager and creative teams.
  • Manage agency relationships, holding them accountable for performance while staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Provide clear reporting on campaign metrics and actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to scale marketing efforts efficiently.
About You
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within fashion retail, eCommerce, or adjacent categories
  • Analytical and creative, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a flair for innovation.
  • Skilled in tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for improving processes and delivering results.
  • Experience in trading online without reliance on heavy promotions is highly desirable.
