About the Role
Henne is seeking a Social Media Manager, responsible for leading their fast-growing online presence across all social media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role combines strategic planning, creative content production through to delivery through all social platforms and a data driven and analytical approach to generating optimal social media engagement through to conversion. In addition to this, you will have ownership of the influencer marketing strategy through to delivery. You will thrive working at a fast pace and have unwavering attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and deliver the social media and content strategy across all platforms, in line with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
· Develop and maintain a social media calendar
· Direct, produce, edit in-house content, including photography and video, to support social initiatives.
· Collaborate with influencers and external creative talent on content production, messaging, and approvals
· Develop and drive the influencer marketing and community strategy
· Track and report on all social media metrics, ensuring targets are consistently met
· Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Brand Creative Team on paid social content needs
· Collaborate with founders and the brand creative team on new launches, promotions etc.
· Analyse social data to identify growth opportunities and optimize content.
· Establish and maintain the Henne aesthetic visual and tone of voice standards for social media.
· Oversee social media community engagement and customer service through social channels

Requirements
· 3+ years’ Social Media Management experience in the fashion/lifestyle brand space
· Proven experience developing the social media strategy and content calendar
· Extensive experience directing, filming, editing and posting social media content (Meta, TT)
· Experience using video editing and social media planning platforms; Planoly, MS Office Suite, Canva
· An incredible creative eye, strong sense of aesthetics within the fashion/lifestyle space
· Passionate about the fashion industry and personal alignment with the Henne brand
· Highly organised, able to effectively setup new systems and processes to improve productivity and collaboration
· Always bubbling with new ideas and seeking out new opportunities
· Excellent written communications skills and ability to adapt tone to various channels
· Strong presentation and influencing skills, ideally working in a founder led environment
· Mature and positive mindset, initiative, self-motivated, tenacious
