IT Support Lead

A global leader is seeking a skilled IT Distribution Centre Support Lead to oversee technology solutions at their new, fully automated Distribution Centre. This role requires strong expertise in supply chain technology, incident management, and service delivery, alongside excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incident resolution and service delivery for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), infrastructure, end-user computing, and AV systems.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 managed service personnel, ensuring operational KPIs are met and performance improvements are driven.
  • Work closely with Operations & Logistics to align technology with business needs and enhance warehouse technology stability.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, track trends, and ensure continuous process improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Expertise in logistics center systems (WMS, TMS) and infrastructure technologies (Cloud, Networking, Servers, AV).
  • Strong experience in incident management (ITIL), service level management, and trend analysis.
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and drive technology-business alignment.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Manhattan Active WMS and Centiro/Blue Yonder TMS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP and end-to-end supply chain technologies is beneficial.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be based on-site in the western suburbs of Melbourne and requires the ability to work the PM shift (12-8pm or 1pm-9pm).
  • Initial 12 month contract starting ASAP
