About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for a CRM / Email Marketing Consultant to join the team on a 3mth contract, with the potential for this to be extended. You will work with local and global office be responsible for building and managing commercial campaigns to drive engagement, frequency, retention, and incremental revenue gains. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to have skills within Salesforce so you can build, deploy and measure campaign success. Analytically minded, you can look at data and identify opportunities develop enhance existing campaigns / journeys where relevant and be reviewing data to identify changes in behaviour and key insights.
About You
You are a degree qualified, experienced CRM / Email Marketer, with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others. You have hands on experience using Salesforce and can problem solve / think strategically but happy to roll up the sleeves. You have exceptional communication skills, are a skilled influencer and good time management & planning skills. You need to be available immediately as we are keen to get someone into the role asap.
