We have partnered with a growing Australian Healthcare business who manage and support specialist practices across the country. Their vision and goal is to provide access to leading specialist healthcare in their field of expertise. As well as providing excellent patient experience, they support the practice managers and owners run their business, by assisting with marketing, financial and operational support.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is a newly created position as a result of the company’s growth and will play a key role in facilitating further support to the practices from a marketing perspective. Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Digital, this person will implement strategies and tools to support lead generation for practices across Australia, working closely with regional manager to understand where they can support patient acquisition and experience. They will manage agencies to execute on website optimisation, paid ads, SEO and other campaigns, and will use a range of data to make informed decisions.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of websites, optimisation of advertising and lead generation tactics. You must have worked in an in-house capacity with oversight of these projects and have worked with agencies on implementation. You will have experience regularly tracking performance of digital campaigns and channels, utilising SEMrush and Google Analytics. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships internally with regional and practice managers, and external agencies. You must be open and willing to lend a hand where needed across the business, appreciating they are a small, growing team.
