The Company

Six Degrees is delighted to be partnering with a fast growing Australian success story in the retail space that have a range of products targeted at infants and children.  Having been on a rapid growth trajectory over the last 15 years, their award winning product range is now distributed internationally in specialised and major retail outlets as well as direct to customers online.  As a result of the growth in D2C and a maternity leave in the team the business is looking to bring in an eCommerce lead on a 12 month contract with high probability of permanency.   

The Role

This role is integral to the eCommerce team, with a primary focus on driving growth across multiple regions through strategic oversight and analytical expertise. As the eCommerce Manager (12-month maternity leave contract), you will play a critical role in shaping the online shopping experience, leveraging data insights to guide key decisions and optimise performance across 8 global websites. You will be responsible for everything from conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and web merchandising to collaborating with in- and external stakeholders (market leads, agencies) and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.

Skills and Experience


We are seeking a highly analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience in utilising tools like GA4, Shopify, and other analytical tools to identify opportunities and deliver results. This position requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead and execute initiatives that align with the business’ overall revenue objectives.
