About the Role

In this senior role, you’ll report directly to the Head of eCommerce, taking a leading position in shaping the digital marketing function. You’ll be instrumental in building and executing a robust CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. With a focus on utilising Klayvio, you’ll manage and enhance first-party data, segment audiences, and lead CRM-driven email marketing campaigns to deliver a personalised experience.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Overseeing first-party data management to drive personalised customer experiences.
  • Utilising analytics to segment audiences and tailor communication strategies.
  • Leading email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Creating compelling content and assets for email campaigns.
  • Leveraging customer insights to inform product development and business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed customer insights across business functions.
About You

As an experienced CRM professional, you’ll bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital customer behaviour. You are confident in translating data into actionable insights and building targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse audience segments. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you can inspire and develop a team while working closely with cross-functional departments to drive a cohesive customer experience.
  • Proven CRM experience in the apparel, footwear, accessories, or adjacent categories. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data insights into effective campaigns.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborative, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • A results-oriented approach with a passion for delivering standout customer experiences.
  • Leadership abilities to mentor and grow a team within a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of consumer behaviour trends.
