About the Role:
As the eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of Lavazza’s Amazon 1P business and key electrical retail channels. Your role will involve leading promotional planning, managing high-impact events like, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and media campaigns. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lavazza’s presence on Amazon, optimising brand visibility and driving sales of both machines and consumables.
 
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Extensive experience managing Amazon 1P accounts, with a strong understanding of AVS being a valuable asset.
  • Solid background in Ecommerce and FMCG, with proven success in high-growth environments and fast-paced markets.
  • Proven track record of managing dynamic portfolios, executing impactful promotional strategies, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and campaign management, ensuring optimised visibility and performance across Ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies, category management, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Highly proficient in stakeholder management, with a focus on building robust relationships with category managers, media partners, and internal teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to respond quickly to market trends and platform updates, ensuring sustained competitive advantage.
