About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving sales success within your territory, offering hands-on support and innovative business planning to our retail customers. You'll build dynamic relationships with store teams, making a real impact on product visibility and boosting sales performance. Collaborating with store managers and key decision-makers, you’ll dive deep into performance metrics to craft creative, results-driven strategies that hit both immediate and long-term goals. In this role, you’ll be the go-to for spotting exciting promotional opportunities, keeping forecasts sharp, and ensuring your presence in stores keeps engagement strong and thriving.
Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll bring over four years of experience within the Automotive or Consumer Electronics industries, paired with a strong background in B2B retail sales and a history of successfully closing deals during store visits. You’ll have solid knowledge of technical products in these sectors and experience in supporting in-store merchandising. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems. Excellent communication, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are key.
