My client is a boutique residential building company specializing in high-end, luxury renovations, extensions, and new builds. With a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering bespoke solutions to their clients, they pride themselves on creating dream homes. As a result of internal growth and success they’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of luxury residential projects from concept to completion.
 
Your Role
Reporting directly into the director of the business, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage and oversee high-end residential renovation, extension, and new build projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Managing and coordinating procurement and all on-site construction activities by being methodical and organised, including scheduling, cost management, driving construction program (4-8 week look ahead) and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the businesses high standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.
 
Your experience and qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management within the luxury residential construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of technical understanding of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or trade qualifications in related fields are highly desirable.
