You will spearhead strategic and commercial initiatives, ensuring safe and efficient operations while driving long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of Hard Facilities Management, Asset Management, Soft Facilities Management, and Food Services, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of long-term partnerships.
- Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring budget adherence and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for organic growth and develop competitive service proposals.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Play a key role in safety leadership, ensuring the implementation of risk control strategies and promoting a safe working environment across all sites.
- Support the business development team by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the mining sector.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale operations in the food service, waste management, industrial services, or facility management sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of managing financial performance, including profit and loss.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on long-term growth and retention.
- A passion for safety and a commitment to promoting the health and well-being of employees.
- Experience in managing remote or offshore sites, with a deep understanding of the complexities of the mining industry.
