About the Role:
As the Field Operations & Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to ensuring flawless in-store execution across various channels, while also driving business development in growing sectors, including Distributors and the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) market. Your responsibilities will include managing field operations through third-party teams, ensuring compliance, and executing the "Perfect Store" strategy. You will work closely with internal sales, category, and marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities. With 80% of your time spent in the field, you will build strong customer relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure high operational standards are maintained.

- 1-2 years’ experience in field-based sales or operations, preferably within FMCG, health, or wellness sectors.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing third-party providers, and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on tracking and reporting on in-store execution and performance.
- Experience in business development, particularly within emerging channels such as HoReCa, is highly desirable.
- A passion for health and wellness, coupled with a drive to innovate and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
