Six Degrees Executive is excited to be partnering with one of the fastest growing Australian skin and beauty brands in their search for a Head of Digital. They have established themselves in the market in the last few years through innovative social, D2C and retailer strategies and they continue to look for new avenues to expand their reach.  With an already established loyal following for their existing brands the business is about to embark on the launch of a new brand and product range and this key role will play a pivotal part in helping the business achieve their ambitious growth targets.

About the role

As Head of Digital reporting into the CMO and founder your role will be to support with the delivery of strategic objectives, helping the business scale to the next level.  Your role will involve everything from analysing SKU performance for each channel, supporting with entering into new markets, looking at meta spend in each region of NZ, AU and UK through to managing agency relationships and customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition and retention.  You will also manage a small team.   

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for digital and in particular digital performance.  You will have developed your track record in a high volume, consumer facing omni channel environment and ideally will have had some exposure to start up/scale-up environments. You will have a deep understanding of data and performance, a passion for beauty and a curiosity for how the category is evolving and how optimisation across digital and performance can incrementally improve results. You must have worked with Shopify and managed multi million dollar meta advertising budgets and have a strong understanding of D2C and how this compliments a retail strategy.
