About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and innovative Customer Service Executive to contribute to the customer service and retail operations. This hybrid role combines elements of selling, customer service, and problem-solving, with a key focus on building customer relationships, order processing and proactive thinking. Key responsibilities include completing daily telecalls cycles, processing orders in an accurate manner, encouraging the purchase of our clients products, selling in new lines and innovation and building long term relationships. This role is perfect for an individual who can navigate, problem solve and grow whilst fostering a culture of customer satisfaction and business excellence.
Skills and Expertise:
The ideal successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service roles in the food industry or consumer goods. If you are and individual that is warm, inquisitive and creative, this role could be perfect for you. Proficiency in CRM systems is preferred, and a style that emphasizes proactive engagement, team development and a positive working environment would make for success within this role. This role may also suit a junior sales candidate looking to grow within the FMCG industry.
