Role Overview:
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, order processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer support, coming from phone, email and live chat.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. (end to end order managment)
- Order processing and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in an Industrial Consumables environment (have a mechanical aptitude) - advantageous
- Proven customer service experience in a small to medium business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software and ERP systems.
