As the NSW State Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with new and key accounts across the state. You will drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the chemicals industry and a proven track record in account management.

As the NSW State Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with new and key accounts across the state. You will drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the chemicals industry and a proven track record in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and key accounts within the state.
- Serve as the primary contact for all account-related matters, including sales, support, and issue resolution.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
Ideal background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
