Aimee Walsh joined Six Degrees Executive as a Consultant in 2025, bringing a unique background that blends journalism and recruitment. Originally from Ireland, Aimee began her career as a journalist, specialising in feature writing, breaking news, and court reporting. After moving to Australia, she transitioned into recruitment in 2022, gaining experience in Trades and Labour before advancing to the management of a Sales and Marketing desk for construction and property development clients.Now specialising in Engineering and Operations Contracting, Aimee is passionate about building genuine, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients. She values honesty and transparency, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys exploring Melbourne’s vibrant coffee and food scene and taking coastal trips to the beach. She embraces life with the mindset that, as Richard Branson said, “If your dreams don’t scare you, they are too small.”
